WARRANTY: ALL CAPITOL COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS ARE UNDER A COMPLETE ONE YEAR WARRANTY, COVERING ALL PARTS AND LABOR.
CONTINUING MAINTENANCE: AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD, YOU CHOOSE EITHER A FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OR MAINTENANCE ON A PER CALL BASIS.
PER-CALL BASIS: FOR PER CALL SERVICE THE CURRENT LABOR RATE PER HOUR WITH A MINIMUM ONE HOUR CHARGE PLUS PARTS.
RESPONSE TIME: IT IS OUR POLICY, IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, TO DISPATCH A TECHNICIAN TO BE ON SITE IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL RESPOND TO ROUTINE SERVICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR CALL.
MOVES AND CHANGES: IT IS OUR POLICY TO COMPLETE ALL REQUESTS FOR MOVES AND CHANGES WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF FIVE DAYS.
CUSTOMER TRAINING: AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CUTOVER YOUR OPERATORS AND STATION USERS WILL BE TRAINED IN THE PROPER USE OF YOUR TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT.
